Leadership The Community of God’s Love is served by a group of leaders called the Pastoral Team. The Pastoral Team is elected every two years during a month-long gathering of Community members at a General Assembly. During this gathering, a team of three leaders is elected: the Community Director and two other pastoral team members. Any covenanted member of the Community is eligible to be elected. The Pastoral Team serves for a two-year term and during this time is responsible for the pastoral and temporal care of the Community. In addition to the Pastoral Team, the Community is served by a chaplain, Rev. Philip Latronico. Fr. Phil is a covenanted member of the Community and is assigned as chaplain by the Archbishop. |
